CHILDREN AGE RESTRICTIONS
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) regulations have been put in place to enforce and protect children’s online privacy. The website and application are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use or provide any information on the website or application. No one under the age of 13 is permitted to provide such information. The company has placed security measures on the mobile application and does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If the company has knowledge of underage information being collected, the information will be deleted. Please contact the company if you have knowledge of any underage activity.
WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect information from our users when you download and register for a new account through TieUpCo. This information includes your name, email address, phone number, and other general information, including information regarding your boat. Other information that is collected such as an individual’s credit card details, is collected over a secure connection and is never transmitted to third parties.
Types of information that we may collect from our users on the website and application include personally identifiable information, non-identifiable information, personal software information, geo-location information, and any information that is directly provided to the company or obtained through the users traffic through our platforms. Examples of these include name, boating information, hardware used for hosting, and user’s locational information respectively. The geo-location information can be personally managed in the settings of the application, but it may affect the usage of certain features contained within the application. Other information provided to us though the application includes, but is not limited to, photographs, events, and search queries, may be collected by the company and/or viewed by third parties through the application. We cannot prevent third parties from viewing these types of provided information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Any information deemed personally unidentifiable may be used by the company without restrictions. Any personally identifiable information may be disclosed for any of the following reasons:
-Provided to any of our service providers or contractors that we use to maintain the company
-Provided in order to fulfill any purpose for which the information was given

During a successful booking of a listing, your basic information (name, phone number, and email address) will be given to the other party in the booking agreement. This action is strictly done to facilitate a smooth transaction between the two parties (dock owner and renter). By using the docking feature that TieUpCo provides, you consent to this information being shared upon successful booking.
The company has taken many precautions to ensure the safety and security of your information, personal or unidentifiable. Please be advised, however, that while we strive to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us on the website or application and are not responsible for the theft, destruction or inadvertent disclosure of your personally identifiable information. Your personal information will also be protected by the password you created when you registered. The confidentiality of any password is yours to protect.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
